I think the following deserve mentioning:
The Simpsons. Clearly, deserves consideration. (this is a tricked out version)
Growing Pains. Kirk Cameron and Tracey Gold turned out great.
Gilligan's Island
M*A*S*H* I'll admit: I hated this show so bad growing up. Nothing to do with the subject matter, just that it came on after the news every night, and it meant it was time for bed. Plus, the actual song is just flat out creepy. "Suicide is Painless"?
Dallas. I admit, I'm biased, but this is a pretty iconic opening. By the way, the ranch pictured here actually is pretty close to Dallas in a little suburb called Frisco, and still stands today.
Fantasy Island. "Ze plane, ze plane!" + Ricardo Montalban? Enough said.
