An innocent baby almost gets killed by a stray bullet on New Year's Eve while her mother worships during midnight mass. In other words, an infant almost dies in church and this is considered a miracle. Seems to me like a better miracle would have been causing the gun to jam or something...
I've watched the video three times now and it hurts my brain.
What ceiling are we looking at here? Is it the ceiling of a basement roof that resides underneath the chapel where the mother and child were sitting? What kind of insane ricochet would be necessary to send a bullet from ground level down to the basement of a church and then back up toward a crowd of faithful where it can harmlessly lodge itself into a diaper?
But then the mother starts talking about how people saw the bullet hole and witnessed white dust drifting downward like apocalyptic snow. Something else must have happened. Did the bullet fall from the roof and land in the diaper?
OK, I have watched this four times now and I still don't feel like I am any closer to understanding what is being described. Someone help me out here.

As anonymoushua said, the physics here are incredibly complicated. This is now the "magic bullet" from the JFK assassination.
How was it lodged in her diaper? Like, it fell out of a hole in the diaper? Did the baby have clothes besides the diaper on? This needs its very own MythBusters episode.
